They are called Micro Icon Mexican Wrestlers by Xfinity, it was a short lived miniature wrestling line that had about 12-16 figures, a small ring and a press conference stage. You can probably find them cheap online, I know I got all mine on clearance at KB Toys when the line died. They are pretty neat and roughly the same size as MUSCLE and other 1 1/2-2″ lines
