The match has been set, Ulric Wolfrom coming off his career altering match with Goliath will, against Doctors orders, defend his AWF World Heavyweight Title against Leo Corazon.

Leo will now get his second chance at the belt. How will Sheldon take this news? is Ulric 100%?

A lot of unanswered questions that will be answered when Leo Corazon releases in early July!

I remember posting the WIP of this piece during the C2E2 Convention last month, but I never posted the final.

This 11×17 piece of art was commissioned to celebrate our successful toyline launch. The art is done by Dave Crosland (aka King Gum), he has worked for a variety of companies over the years such as MTV, Warner Brothers Animation, Ride Snowboards, Atlantic Records, IDW Publishing, Walt Disney Animation, Oni Press and many more.

We look forward to more work from Dave to help us celebrate our brand!

Some of you might be familiar with the work of Levi Hoffmeier, an incredibly talented young artist who has done some past work with Microsoft’s Halo (Halo: Evolutions Volume 1 and the comic A Fistful of Arrows)

He has chosen to do some art for our War Games release, an ultra hyper realistic view of Leo Corazon.

We will definitely be working with Levi again in the future, until then check out his sites and the awesome art he is working on!

We figured it would be neat to see all of the Tag Teams currently in the AWF in one shot, its a varied division that can provide many entertaining matchups.

Its not entirely to scale as some wrestlers are crouched but its somewhat proprotional

Just wait till you see the comics and stories we have planned for these guys next year!

Since we began this we have been repeatedly asked if there would be females in our story, the answer has been unclear until now.

Meet Yvonne Wolfrom, older sister to AWF Heavyweight Champion Ulric Wolfrom and manager of Current AWF Tag Team Champions Lapin Loco.

Following in the grand tradition of female managers such as Miss Elizabeth, Woman, Sensational Sherri, and Sunny (just to name a few) Yvonne uses her brilliant mind and stunning beauty to push Caesar and Cortez to the next level.

We will have her bio card up soon, just because we were done with wrestlers did not mean we were done with characters this year 😉

We teased this last week and today we reveal it fully, with art done by the super talented Nathan Newell here the backing card art for Leo Corazon’s War Games release in July.

We now shift focus to War Games in July, and the single figure release for that PPV will be non other than Leo Corazon.

You will notice a few interesting tidbits, among them who the Lion with A that shows up on our wrestling mats and how back room politics are just as much a part of the story as the wrestlers themselves.

Who will Leo face at War Games? With Ulric badly injured will Leo now demand a shot at the belt? All these questions will be answered over the coming month

The Test Shot Ulric Wolfrom figures, Aztec Gold and Metallic sold out in the first 45min. As of 4pm we are now sold out of Thermal Color Change set meaning we now have a 100% sell out of our debut set!

We are not sure how many of those who visit this site bought today but if you did we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Some of you are vocal, some are not but when you buy into the sets it sends me a message I am doing something right 🙂

These sets will ship to customers in Mid/Late June. In the rush to have stock ready for C2E2 these figures have not been cleaned or QC checked, that is the reason for the delay in shipment time. If you want to know why that has to happen just check out our studio pictures to see how the figures come out of the mold and it should give you a pretty strong visual understanding of the time needed.

In addition we will also be selling the MK1 version of Ulric Wolfrom, this will be the only time this figure will be made available and he will never be made again in this pose because the mold is no longer around.

Now that we have launched officially and are set to sail smoothly through 2013 we have not taken a break. We are still busy creating new characters and working on plans for next year.

And while its true that next year will be the year of the Tag Team we will also have two Giants, one you have already seen (Talos) and the other is about to be
