I have always said the AWF has a long and storied history, some of which has been alluded to in the bios and a lot which will come out in upcoming comics and figures throughout 2014 and 2015. This is part of that long and storied history which till has now has been in my head.

As we get closer to C2E2 at the end of April we will be letting you know what exactly this project is. You will learn about the Corazon family in the way of bios and new artwork and it will culminate with the official release details of our 5″ Lion project!

First up is some kick ass artwork by Nathan Newell of Dork Dimension, originally used for our War Games Leo Corazon release last year we have been able to modify it and recolor it for the purposes of this project

Our Convention Tour continues, however this time its as part of a larger indie expo at Emerald City Comiccon

Our full blown Convention Tour will continue at C2E2 next month, where you can speak with me personally and get a hands on look at some things that are coming for MWOTR in 2014!

While we sold out of our surprise release at Kansas City, I did manage to hold onto the mold master of Leo despite people wanting to buy it.

This Leo figure is insane in person, so smooth and detailed thanks to weeks of hard work by Marty “THEGODBEAST” and Josh of True Cast.

Adam Smith graciously gave me a 4″ Rotten Rudy figure at the Con this weekend so I decided to have a little play session

We will reveal everything we have in store of this large Leo figure as we get closer to C2E2 but to say we are excited would be an understatement. While our line is 2″ scale and our hearts are firmly in the minifigure world there is just something so cool about having this big scale figure.

A lot has been going on this weekend! We were overwhelmed by the response from kids to our line, especially little girls who outnumbered boys easily in terms of buyers.

First up we have a great review by our pal Frank at Little Weirdos of our Convention Pearlescent Neon Green

Next, our friend Daniel from It’s All True stopped by and spent quite a bit of time with us and our partners Marty “THEGODBEAST” Hansen and True Cast Studio! They have pictures of the Leo 5′ grey prototype that we put on display Sunday. We will have more detailed info about how the “Generations” release of the Leo 5″ figure will work, with your first change to pickup the figures being C2E2!

And last but not least a surprise colorway , a very neat looking “gunmetal” which is different then the Black Exclusive that our retail partner Jay’s CD and Hobby is carrying.

This is currently only available at Cons but should end up online along with whatever remains of our Neon Green in May.

We have spent the last two days meeting a ton of great new kids and bringing a lot of new fans into the Mystical Warriors world!

Of course as we promised we also debuted new reveals, Lapin Loco was fully shown for the first time in final form as was Tembo Jiwe and we even had the 5″ Big Leo finished for a very limited surprised release that sold out almost instantly! But don’t worry more Big Leo’s are coming for C2E2 and they will be extra special 😉

I was having a play session tonight while getting together everything we will be taking for our display, on hand will be the prototype of the MWOTR Playmat

As you can see our rings are going to be getting a comic makeover starting this weekend, we also have a green and black version of our traditional AWF Logo that will be available as well.

Marty has been hard at work the past month and is nearly done with all the made to order prototypes and the first round of Mail Away Yvonne Woflrom figures

We hope to get all these carded and shipped sometime in early April before C2E2!
