OK, after talking it over with fans and our MWOTR team I have decided just this once to do a reissue of the Leo Corazon Thermal Color Change release.

At this time we cannot do a reissue of the C2E2 Windy City Wreckage set because the molds are shot (meaning we made the max amount you can make before QC heads downhill and you have to make a new mold). However, we are exploring new ways to get both those characters into fans hands as we move forward.

The way the reissue will work is on Friday around Noon CST (1pm EST), I will open up the item at the store and let it run until its sold out again. Leo is made in a gang mold so he has to be run 3 units at a time, and there is only so many times we can run him before that mold is shot as well.

Nothing will designate this as a re-release on the figure or packaging, and this will not be common practice. But since we have grown in such leaps and bounds since our launch a few months ago we want to try to make sure everyone who wanted one can get it, and hopefully adjust on the production run of future figures to avoid this issue.

Prepping for his debut in August 🙂

We are busy working on 2014’s lineup, Lapin Loco has already been sculpted (which you probably guessed having seen Yvonne Wolfrom’s in ring and manager sculpt) but we wanted to see how the others rank. So we setup a poll, from the stats enough people come to the website by now to have formed an opinion. It should go live sometime today or tomorrow.

We are adding Francis Foul as an option, even though you have not seen him he is going to be playing a major role in the upcoming storylines so we figured why not put him in there

With all the Leo’s now having been shipped we will share the story card for War Games

Following this match, AWF Commissioner Leonidas Hart & General Manager Francis Foul have stripped Ulric Wolfrom of the AWF Heavyweight Championship.

The reason they gave was that “Ulric Wolfrom clearly cannot compete given his level of injury, and because of this Mr. Wolfrom will not be able to comply with the 30 day title defense clause required by all Title Holders. The AWF wishes Ulric a speedy recovery, and as soon as he is fit he will be granted a championship match should he desire one.”

The title has now been vacated, and a match will be signed between the #1 and #2 Contenders for later this year.

We are finally getting caught up with stuff, this was meant for last month so enjoy the story of Winged Fury

With all the excitement the past few days with reviews and the sellout of War Games, we forgot we had promised to post the sculpt of the Fantastic Plastic Toys x BigMan Toys figure yesterday.

As you can see BigMan Toys did a lot of work to make this sculpt unique to our world. He has sculpted kneepads, armpads, a headband, and wrestling tights.

Look for some really awesome art by Dork Dimensions and War Games artist Nathan Newell as well as more info about his release and accessories in the coming weeks. We are aiming to have Johnny ready for sale the first or second week in August.

It’s been a roller coaster day, Leo Corazon went on sale at 12:01 and by 12:04 all the thermal color change stock had sold out! Shortly after Gold sold out and then Metallic.

We had adjusted production to increase Thermal but it was not enough. We will have to meet with the MWOTR team and see if we can possibly run a 2nd batch. And we will try to adjust the numbers again for the next release.

To those who missed out we hope this does not keep you from collecting in the future. To those who might be joining us for the first time, you are in for a treat this year and next!
